Return Policy

1. How returns work

VitalHub is a review and recommendation site. We do not sell products directly. Every "Check the price" button takes you to a trusted retail partner (such as Amazon, the brand's own store, or another authorised reseller) where the actual purchase, shipping and returns are handled.

2. Standard return window

Most of our partner retailers offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Some categories (for example, opened skincare or supplements) may have shorter windows or be non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Always check the retailer's policy on the product page before purchase.

3. How to start a return

  1. Open your order in the retailer's account area (Amazon, brand store, etc.).
  2. Select the item and choose "Return or replace".
  3. Follow the retailer's instructions to print a label and ship the item back.
  4. Refunds are usually issued within 3–14 business days of receipt.

4. Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was described, contact the retailer's customer service first — they're best placed to issue a refund or replacement quickly.
