1. Who ships your order
VitalHub does not ship products itself. When you click a "Check the price" button, you're taken to the retailer that fulfils your order — typically Amazon, the brand's own webshop, or another authorised partner. Shipping speed, cost and tracking are provided by that retailer.
2. Typical delivery times
- Amazon Prime: 1–2 business days in most regions.
- Standard Amazon shipping: 3–7 business days.
- Direct from brand: 3–10 business days, depending on origin.
- International orders: 7–21 business days plus possible customs delays.
3. Shipping costs
Costs depend on the retailer, destination, and the size of your order. Many of our recommended products qualify for free shipping with Amazon Prime or above a minimum order threshold on the brand's site. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Regions we cover
Most products we recommend ship worldwide via Amazon's regional storefronts. A few niche brands ship only within the EU, UK, or US. If you don't see your country at checkout, the retailer doesn't currently ship there.
5. Tracking and issues
You'll receive tracking information by email from the retailer once your order ships. For any delivery issue (lost package, late delivery, damaged item), please contact the retailer's customer service first — they have access to your order and can resolve it fastest.
